Just 100 metres from Robe’s town centre and Hooper’s Beach — our favourite spot for morning swims — you’ll be perfectly placed for coastal walks, boutique shopping, golf, fishing, and relaxed dining at local cafés and restaurants — all within easy reach.

• Not suitable for schoolies or groups of young singles
🏡 House rules
To help keep Relax on Ryan comfortable for everyone, we ask guests to follow these simple house rules during their stay:
• Check‑in: Anytime after 2pm (may be 3pm if there is a same‑day changeover)
• Check‑out: By10am
• Leave the house neat and tidy on departure
• Report any damage or breakages as soon as possible — repair or replacement costs may be recovered
• Only guests listed on the booking may stay at the property
• Please vacate on time, secure the property and return keys to the security key box
• No Smoking inside the house
• Relax on Ryan has a no‑pets policy.
• No boats, caravans, swags, tents or camping on the property
• No large gatherings or parties
Rates & minimum nights
Relax on Ryan offers affordable accommodation all year round. Rates and minimum night requirements vary by season and public holidays.
Rates
• Off‑season & school holidays: $210–$270 per night
• Christmas & summer school holidays: $450 per night
• Easter: $450 per night
• Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. A $25 per‑person, per‑night fee applies for a 5th guest (including infants under 2).
• Maximum occupancy is 5 guests.
Minimum stay requirements
• Long weekends: 3 nights
• Easter: 4 nights
• Christmas/summer peak: 7 nights
• Other school holidays: 2-3 nights
• All other times: 2 nights

You’ll receive a confirmation email, Holiday E‑Form and a Robe map within 24 hours
Please return the completed Holiday E‑Form with your deposit to confirm your stay

We keep things simple and fair
30+ days — Deposit refunded (excludes Peak rates)
14–30 days — 20% cancellation fee
7–14 days — 50% cancellation fee
Under 7 days — 100% cancellation fee

Cleaning fees & Security Bond refunded
Security Bond
A $250 security bond is held and refunded promptly after departure once the property has been checked and left in good condition
