Relax on Ryan is your year‑round Robe retreat — welcoming, well‑equipped, and set on a spacious block with room to unwind. Thoughtfully styled with coastal charm, it’s the ideal base for family holidays, couple’s escapes, or weekends with friends.
Just 100 metres from Robe’s town centre and Hooper’s Beach (our favourite!), you’ll be perfectly placed for morning swims, scenic coastal walks, boutique shopping, golf, fishing, and relaxed dining at local cafés and restaurants — all within easy reach.

• We use EcoStore's Ultra Sensitive wash throughout the bathroom, It's a mild fragrance-free option that suits all skin types. A gentle bubble bath is also provided for young children

• All fresh bed linen, with beds made up for your arrival. Bath towels, facewashers, bath mats and hand towels supplied (BYO beach towels)

• 2 adults = one queen room; additional queen setup may incur a fee

🏡 House Rules:
To help keep Relax on Ryan comfortable for everyone, we ask guests to follow these simple house rules during their stay:
• Check‑in: Anytime after 2pm (may be 3pm if there is a same‑day changeover)
• Check‑out: By10am
• Please leave the house neat and tidy on departure
• Notify us of any damage or breakages as soon as possible — repair or replacement costs may be recovered from the guest
• Only guests listed on the booking may stay at the property
• Please vacate on time, secure the property and return keys to the security key box
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house
• Relax on Ryan has a no‑pets policy.
• Strictly no boats, caravans, swags, tents or camping on the property
• Not suitable for groups of young singles or schoolies
• No large gatherings or parties permitted
Rates & Minimum Nights
Relax on Ryan offers affordable accommodation all year round. Rates and minimum night requirements vary by season and public holidays.
Rates
• Off‑season & school holidays: $220–$270 per night
• Christmas & summer school holidays: $450 per night
• Easter: $450 per night
• Rates are based on 4 guests (including infants under 2)
• Additional guests: $25 per person per night (maximum 5 guests total)
• A personalised quote will be emailed to you for confirmation
📅 Minimum Stay Requirements
• Long weekends: 3 nights
• Easter: 4 nights
• Christmas/summer peak: 7 nights
• Other school holidays: 3 nights
• All other times: 2 nights

How the booking process works
• A 25% deposit is required within 7 days of accepting your booking. Payment is by bank transfer. Credit card facilities are not available
• You’ll receive a confirmation email, Holiday E‑Form, and a Robe map within 24 hours
• Please return the completed Holiday E‑Form along with your deposit to secure your stay
Cancellation Policy
Please review our cancellation policy before booking to ensure it suits your travel plans.
More than 30 days before arrival
• Deposit refundable
• Excludes – Easter, Christmas, Public holidays and all school holidays). Deposit can be transferred to another stay within 12 months
30 days or less before arrival
• A 50% cancellation fee applies
• If only the deposit has been paid, it is non‑refundable
14 days or less before arrival
• A 100% cancellation fee applies
• If we are able to rebook your dates in full, monies paid will be refunded less a 25% cancellation fee
Security Bond
• A $250 security bond is payable with your final payment (due 1 month before arrival)
• The bond is held until the property has been inspected within 24 hours of departure
• Deductions may be made for damage, breakages, incidentals or additional cleaning
• No deductions will be made without guest consent
• The bond will be refunded promptly once bank details are provided

A wander around Robe’s harbour and beaches does wonders for the soul.
For those staying a little longer, the town offers a wonderful selection of cafés, restaurants and coffee shops to enjoy between adventures.
Beaches & Surrounds
Hooper’s Beach, Long Beach, Town Beach, West Beach and Fox Beach are all right here in the town area.
For a scenic drive, Nora Creina, Beachport and Cape Jaffa are each around 30 minutes away.
Or head to Lake Fellmongery for a range of water sports and lakeside fun.
Fisherman's Delight
Robe offers an impressive variety of fishing spots all within a compact area — from rock and beach fishing to harbour, lake and boat access. It’s also known as one of the world’s crayfish capitals, making it a favourite destination for keen anglers.
Unique Scenery
Visit the Obelisk and the ruined gaol, or wander along Robe’s spectacular coastal trails.
Take your time on the walk — there are plenty of spots to pause, watch the birdlife and enjoy sweeping views of the sea from the many seats along the way.
