This is a live booking calendar that shows available dates. Select start and end date of booking and enter details in the form to request booking. Book Confidently knowing the best rate is here, no additional booking fees. 25% deposit required within 7 days upon acceptance of your booking. A confirmation email, Holiday E-Form and a Robe map will be provided by email within 24 hours. We require the Holiday E-Form to be filled in & returned along with the 25% deposit.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days – If your accommodation booking is cancelled outside of 30 days of your arrival – Any deposit paid will be able to use credit towards another stay within 12 months, except for Peak = Easter & Xmas school holidays.
Under 30 days – If your accommodation booking is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival – any money paid will be charged 50% cancellation fee (50% refund) If only deposit has been paid, this is not refundable. Please understand that we are a small business and may find it difficult to fill your dates so close to your booking.
Under 14 days –  If your accommodation booking is cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date – any money paid will be charged 100% cancellation fee. (no refund). Please understand that we are a small business and may find it difficult to fill your dates so close to your booking. If we can secure another booking in full, monies paid will be returned with a 25% cancellation fee which will be deducted.
